Dr. Robert Hartwig was featured in a Claims Journal article regarding his recent white paper co-authored with the APCIA on the topic of behavioral drivers of auto insurance losses. Some consumer advocates say pricing decisions based on credit scores are inherently unfair. However, previous studies have shown that credit scores accurately predict losses.
