Forbes 3/31/2020: Consumer Groups Say We’re Overpaying For Car Insurance Because We’re Not Driving Much

Forbes reached out to Dr. Bob Hartwig for his thoughts about consumer groups calling for car insurance refunds. He disagrees that refunds are necessary because, “The methodology used in all 50 states was intentionally designed to adjust to the frequency of claims.” Read the entire Forbes article here.
