Dr. Robert Hartwig was contacted by Russ Banham for a Leader’s Edge article about the proposed Pandemic Risk Insurance Act (PRIA) and how it’s being compared to the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (TRIA). Robert Hartwig, who was instrumental in drafting TRIA, says that PRIA is “a solution in search of a problem.” He also says that the comparison between PRIA and TRIA is “a false analogy.” Read the entire article here on Russ Banham’s website.
