The Royal Gazette 3/26/2020: Insurers face business interruption battle

Dr. Robert Hartwig spoke to the Royal Gazette about the COVID-19’s impact on U.S. insurance carriers. There has been a push from multiple states to force insurers to cover pandemic business interruption losses. Dr. Hartwig acknowledges that if this were to be applied across the United States, the industry would be faced with the “largest loss in its history.” Click here to read the entire article.
